Possible Citra IPA?

Ever since having Kern Rivers DIPA I’ve been in love with this hop.  While I know anything I make won’t be as good as that beer (maybe one day) my goal in the next few weeks is to brew a decent IPA showcasing those hops.  Here’s a little recipe I found, let me know what everyone thinks.  If you would add, remove, or change something please let me know.
